CORE - CONTROL HUB
The central point for any CORE system, the Control Hub provides control and interface functions for the system. The Control Hub supports up to 6 QLS devices (CORE detectors or modules) directly, and up to 64 with the use of Extension Hubs.
Integrated Battery Backup
Over 24 hours of standby battery backup in mains failure for all control equipment and field QLS devices, including 30 minutes in alarm condition.
Fire Rated Cabling
Supports fire-rated "FP" data cabling (CAT 5e/6) via punch down termination. All terminals are colour coded, labelled, and easily accessible.
Fire Alarm Outputs
The hub includes 4 programmable changeover alarm relays plus a global fault relay to provide universal compatibility with fire alarm systems. I/O modules can be added as QLS devices to proved an additional 4 programmable outputs each.

Every CORE system has a Control Hub which will power 6 QLS devices (CORE detectors or I/O modules) directly. To connect additional devices you need an Extension Hub, which works with the Control Hub to provide power and data connections for 4 or 8 additional QLS devices. This includes providing 24.5 hours battery backup to its attached QLS devices.
Expandable Coverage
Attatch upto 8 additional QLS devices to the Ciqurix CORE system with full battery backup. Connects to the Control Hub via Hublink connection.
Extendable System
Each Extension Hub can daisy-chain up to 100 meters from the last via FP-cat6 cabling, or over ten times further with our fibre-optic and wireless versions.
